Bayar pajak kendaraan tahunan dengan mudah

Selamat datang di blog saya, kali ini saya akan berbagi pengalaman saya membayar pajak kendaraan tahunan dengan mudah..

langsung saja ya..
sesuai dengan ketentuannya dalam

1. UU RI no.2 2002 tentang Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, yang tertuang dalam pasal 13 yaitu.

Tugas pokok polri adalah :

a) memelihara keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat.
b) sebagai penegak hukum.
c) sebagai pelindung, pengayom, dan pelayan masyarakat.

2. UU RI no.22 tahun 2009 tentang lalulintas dan angkutan jalan, yang tertuang dalam :

a) pasal 288 ayat (1) jo 106 ayat (5) huruf a,
 Kendaraan bermotor yang tidak dilengkapi dengan STNK atau STCK yang ditetapkan oleh Polri akan dikenakan denda maksimal Rp. 500.000,- atau kurungan paling lama dua (2) bulan.
b) Pasal 70 ayat 2,
 selama 5 tahun dan dimintakan pengesahan setiap tahun.
c) Penjelasan Pasal 70 ayat 2.
yang dimaksud pengesahan setiap tahun adalah sebagai pengawasan tahunan terhadap registrasi dan identifikasi kendaraan bermotor serta menumbuhkan kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor.

Nah sudah jelaskan.. kenapa kita diwajibkan membayar pajak tahunan, MASIH bingung..??

tenang disini saya akan menjelaskan bagaimana cara Bayar pajak kendaraan tahunan dengan mudah.

pertama tama kita harus mempersiapkan berkasnya dahulu, apa saja...?

1. STNK asli dan Foto copy 
2. KTP asli dan Foto copy
3. BPKB asli dan Foto Copy ( bisa juga dengan surat keterangan dari ďealer )
4. MAP warna apa saja
5. Uang untuk membayar Pajak
6. Alat tulis untuk mengisi formulir

Jika semua berkas sudah disiapkan, periksa kembali berkas anda sebelum berangkat ketempat pembayaran PAJAK ( SAMSAT ) ditempat anda berada.

Jika semua berkas sudah di kroscek simpan ditempat yang paling aman agar berkas tetap ada ditangan kita sampai di tempat pembàyaran Pajak.

Kantor Samsat mulai melayani sekitar pukul 10.00 waktu setempat. jadi usahakan anda datang sebelum pukul 10.00 untuk menghindari antrian panjang,

jika anda datang lebih awal pastikan anda melakukan kroscek ulang berkas anda sebelum akhirnya diserahkan ke pihak Samsat.

1. Di outlet ini hanya melayani keterlambatan kurang dari 1 tahun…denda keterlambatan 2%/bln dari PKB ditambah Rp.100.000,- untuk mobil Rp. 32.000 ,- motor (flat) denda asuransi (Sumbangan wajib dana kecelakaan lalu lintas jalan) / SWDKLLJ .

2. Outlet hanya melayani perpanjangan STNK, untuk ganti STNK plat nomor di SAMSAT
Semoga kemudahan seperti ini juga terjadi di kantor samsat, jangan hanya di outletnya saja.
